COPPER BASE PLATE

Our copper base plates are stamped in precise stamping tools, pre-bend with plus/minus 20 μm on both X and Y axes and then nickel plated in half dull finish which is suitable for good solder flow and adhesion. Our copper base plates with nickel plating have proven good soldering performance and excellent yield in high volume production.

Specification of the copper base plates is *Copper Material : JIS H3100, C1020 1/2H *Nickel Plating ( Electrolytic Nickel Plating Half Dull Finish) : 3-9 μm thickness Pre-Bend Value : plus/minus 20 μm. After plated, the base plates are shipped after inspected on 100 % basis and carefully packed to avoid any damage during transit. If you require a small quantity for your prototype production, we can supply machined copper base plates or wire-cut copper baseplates, without spending money for expensive stamping tools. After pre-bent value of the machined baseplate is proved satisfactory, you can proceed to make stamping tools.
